Welcome. Are you ready to dance?
Dancing is so good for the soul, for your health, your neurological connections, your co-ordination, your confidence, I could go on! It not only improves your health and your skills but it builds your relationship and understanding of other people, and excites your inner social being because of the wonderfully friendly community of dancers from all across Norfolk.
Our aim is to improve the quality of dancing of current and evolving dances, grow the Norwich dance scene, get more people involved, get people fitter and happier due to dance and get people excited about dancing and the opportunities that come with it.
