The past year has shown us the convenience and connectivity (as well as the downside) of being online. However, dance classes and workouts online, particularly follow-along sessions can be tricky to navigate. So! I created a two-part series which looks at common repeat patterns of follow-along workouts so you can stay (almost) one-step ahead.
